Our Quality, Environment, Food Safety and ISG Management Systems as well as the compliance of our Non-Gluten Kitchen Services (the service is firstly awarded certificate in the accommodation sector) are annually audited and certificated by the independent audit companies, and in addition to this, our hygiene safety principles are subject to monthly audits.


As you know, the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic affecting whole world leads to create new conditions materially changing holiday approach like in all living conditions by taking “hygiene conditions” into consideration. We are conscious of taking all measures of the highest order to overcome this difficult period.

We hereby share our hygiene and cleaning measures to be applied for protecting our employees and our valuable guests against COVID-19 epidemic and to overcome this difficult period.

 

Check-in Procedures

• Our guests are required to sign the "Covid-19 Information and Isolation Protocol" at the entrance.

• In case of need, hygiene and protection equipment is delivered to our guests at the entrance and new ones are provided in case of need.

• Door cards and other materials are disinfected and given to our guests safely. Safe physical distance is taken into consideration in all entrance registration procedures and other services.

• Suitcases are delivered to the room after disinfection.

• Mobile applications are used for contactless and fast communication with our guests.

 

Guest Rooms

• The cleaning and disinfection of our guest rooms are carried out by our expert team, who have taken personal protective measures, with Ecolab products approved by the Ministry of Health and specialised in their field.

• The rooms are cleaned using different colour-coded cleaning cloths in accordance with the cleaning plan.

• Disinfection is performed with ULV technique in all rooms that are discharged. All amenities used in the room and bathroom are provided in disposable packaging and are changed for each guest.

• Textile products in the rooms (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, liquid-proof cloths, towels and bathrobes) are subjected to high temperature disinfection.

• Ventilation ducts and filters are cleaned and disinfected at frequent intervals.

 

General Areas of User

• In our facility, all common areas have been rearranged according to physical distance and hand disinfection stations have been installed in the necessary areas.

• Cleaning and disinfection of all general areas are carried out by our expert team who have taken personal protective measures.

• In addition to chemical disinfection processes in our facility, disinfection is provided by methods such as steam cleaning, ULV technique, ozone and UV technologies.

• Cleaning and disinfection processes of ventilation ducts and filters have been increased. Hotel indoor ambient air is regularly renewed with fresh air.

• Additional measures have been taken within the scope of Covid-19 in all other stores such as markets and boutiques serving within the hotel.

 

Food and Beverage Services

• It has been ensured that all employees on duty take personal protective measures within the framework of the rules set by the legal authorities.

• Tables and chairs are disinfected after each guest use. We have disinfectants and disinfectant wipes at many points.

• After the food and beverage areas are closed for service, they are cleaned in detail and disinfected with ULV.

• Water and food analyses are carried out periodically.

 

Laundry Service

• Professional laundry service is provided on site.

• All hotel textile products and laundry are washed by our expert team by taking cross-contamination precautions.

 

SPA – Fitness – Entertainment  Activity and Congress Areas

• Areas are disinfected with ULV technique at closing.

• Children's Club cleaning and disinfection procedures have been increased and some areas have been temporarily closed to service.

• All activity and play equipment is given to the guest disinfected or bagged.

• Disinfection is regularly carried out in outdoor activity areas, amphitheatre, sports fields, congress centre and other areas, and all our guests using these areas must act in accordance with general hygiene rules, mask use and social distancing rules. (It varies according to the rules applied by legal authorities).

 

Pool and Beach Areas

• All pool and beach areas are periodically disinfected and controlled.

• Chemical and micro biological analyses of the pools are carried out periodically by independent institutions.

• All our Pavilions are available by reservation.

 

Security and Health Service

• Health Personnel and 24/7 internal and external security guards are available in our facility.

• According to the directives of public authorities, the necessary procedures and service standards have been defined in order to ensure isolation in case of possible suspicious or case situations, isolation rules have been determined and our practices are constantly revised according to changing directives.

• Infrastructure and standards are fully implemented to ensure the safety and hygiene of all products from product delivery until they are presented to the guest. 

 

Staff

• Personnel shuttle buses are disinfected before and after each use. Our employees must comply with the necessary precautions in the shuttles. The measures specified in the Covid-19 Outbreak Management and Operation Guide published by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey are applied in service vehicles.

• Uniforms and protective equipment used by the staff are disinfected and changed periodically.

• There are sufficient number of disinfection units in staff common areas and all working units. It is ensured and controlled that all our personnel disinfect their hands at frequent intervals.

• In addition to the trainings received in accordance with the quality management systems and hygiene certificates available in our hotel, all our personnel are periodically trained and monitored by expert institutions on pandemic and protection methods, contamination conditions, cleaning and disinfection principles specified in the COVID-19 Management Guide of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

 

• All relevant national and international authorities, especially the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health and the Scientific Committee, are followed uninterruptedly, practices are updated and in-house information is provided.

 

WARNINGS

• The services and usage areas offered within the concept of our hotel may be restricted or completely cancelled according to the circulars and legal regulations within the scope of Covid-19 measures that are available or not yet in force.

• Our guests who make reservations are obliged to comply with all measures taken by our Hotel, the Ministry of Health or local/relevant institutions regarding Covid-19 and within the scope of these measures; they are obliged to provide all information requested from them to the facility. Services to be provided to guests who do not comply with the measures or the entire stay may be terminated.

• All our guests are responsible for taking and fully implementing all personal measures required within the scope of Covid 19 before entering the hotel and during their stay in order to protect both their own health and public health. All guests with health problems or suspected Covid-19 symptoms should consult health institutions before check-in. Our Hotel is not responsible for any negative situations or any material damages that may occur as a result of non-compliance with the measures taken within the scope of Covid-19.
